Our buildings are Amish-made with durable materials, starting with 4″ x 6″ notched runners, 16″ on-center treated floor joists, and Advantech/Diamond flooring. Every building can be customized with size, color, and feature options. You can also choose from a large in-stock selection at any of our Kentucky locations.

Our structures are portable buildings designed as exterior shells. With customization and finishing, many customers use them as cabins, offices, or tiny homes. Please check local building codes for regulations on permanent use, foundations, and habitable structures.

Do I need good credit to qualify for Rent to Own?

No. Everyone is approved—our Rent to Own program does not require a credit check.

We can deliver within a 150 mile radius of each dealer location.

We will deliver for FREE if delivery is within a 50 mile radius of our dealer location.

How do you deliver the buildings?

We use a tilt-bed trailer to transport your structure and a specialized Mule machine (a forklift for portable buildings) to maneuver it into place. This allows for precise placement and minimal impact on your yard.

Ensure the path is at least 4 feet wider than your building, clear any obstacles like fences or branches, and check for low-hanging wires. If you’re unsure, we can arrange a site check before delivery.

Avoid bumping the walls with lawn equipment.
